A few Ele druid questions

I am making a PvP Windy Druid and had a few things I was wondering about:

I have a Coronet with these stats

Imp Criclet
Coronet
defense: 61
Required level:39
+2 to Elemental skills (druid only)
+20% faster cast rate
+50% enhanced defense
+18 to strength
+79 to mana
All resistances +12
Socketed (1)

I think the 12 res comes from the jewel in it but not sure so should I take out the jewel and put in a shael or something?

Is this coronet better than using a 2 druid 3 nado pelt?

Also, I was wondering if a SS or a Spirit monarch would be the best choice.

I think I should get max block but just checking so if anyone could give me a definitely that'd be nice.

Go for the next fcr BP or stick with 99%?

from the little that I know about windy's, that circ is mainly to use on tele chars where you need to hit th 163 fcr bp. From the few guides I've read, use ss when your fighting mele, and a spirit for other casters. And for the helm do the same thing. Max damage for mele, max fcr for casters. Either way shoot for the 99fcr when your fighting either.

Oh okay that would help, so you're saying have extra gear in my stash so when I'm facing like a sorc or something use spirit, that circlet, and some fcr rings to hit the bp, and fighting melee dudes jus change to like ss and a pelt and that stuff?
