Charged Strike - Dex ? And IM ?

Im going to make a CS/LF Zon, made for PvM and PvP (mostly PvP).
Now to my question;
Do I need Dexterity to hit with CS?
And if Iron Maiden is cast, does it affect me if I'm attacking with CS?

usually, it's the charged bolts from CS that does the killing. having low chances doesn't really matter much unless you want to factor in crushing blow/ow/deadly/critical strike.

but you do need dexterity to meet the requirements of your spear/javelin.

as for iron maiden, if the physical portion managed to connect when under IM, you'll be affected. but normally, just throw lightning fury.. =)

btw, adding dexterity for AR is a waste imo. invest in them only when you intend to go max block or glass cannon.
