Anyone know what the bowa weap that can do guided arrows? I've seen qutie a few barbs use those and do good dmg.

only widowmaker provides oskill guided arrow.

Widow's aren't used for damage, they are used to harass defensive players and to proc open wounds, but yes, many bvc's use them, as you don't really have a chance against a good hdin or v/t without one.

A V/T's FoH is somewhat weakened though, so a fully decked BvC should handle it ok. Of course the problem is balancing the defense against the physical smite and the lightning based FoH.

I dunno...I have more problems against a T/V than a V/T.

Bowa barbs have a choice of Windforce or Widowmaker as far as uniques go...but like Ayliffe said...Widow is used more for OW than anything. And WF...ugh...I wouldn't use on a barb.

Against some V/t's and t/v's you wont need to widow them at all, just tri's, leaps and good teles should get the job done. Of course, dueling a good v/t or t/v you should try to take their foh dmg down as much as possible, then use widow to bring em to you.

I dont know how you could kill a really good hdin, or a desync hdin without widow..

a v/t is a smiter/foher, t/v, foher/smiter.

skill plan looks sorta like this depending on whether they are foh first or smite first

20 smite
20 foh
20 holy shock
20 fanat
1-5 in conviction
rest in holy shield.

again, it depends alot on what they are using more often.

I usually can't do a whole lot to desync hdins because I have no way of knowing where they are. It's about a 50/50 with Hdins. Those and LT smiters seem to give me problems, but then again...they're friggin' LT smiters.

I always based it on which skill was more powerful. D: But that's probably the same as "what's used more often" since...people will use their most powerful skill more. xD

Smiters that use Life Tap...and Life Tap is BM since it's like a free rejuv.

I don't know about other realms, but right now on ESCL there are a TON of LT smiters, I think i might have the only smiter that doesn't tap, and im a ****in v/t. I'm starting absolutely hate pub dueling.

Pub dueling guarantees BM now Ayliffe...that's mostly why I stopped dueling in public games.
