Hoz Question

Hey one of my friends would like to know how to up a HOZ.


I think I heard that it consists of cubing it with some rune and some other things, if anyone could awnser this for me I would be very grateful.


Also, if anyone knows the costs of one plz tell, thanks again. :D

You can't up a Hoz on Nonladder.

But..I'll give you the recipe in a sec, need to find it.

The recipe for upgrading exceptional uniques only works on Ladder.
