There is a hack (or 3rd party program) that when used, causes a strobe light like effect in-game when used. I've seen it a few times...usually in PvP rooms.

yes i was in pvp but i didnt use any hacks, i dont own any

but i did have a zon stack me and i dont think that's a hack since you can do that in game without having to find a hack

Another user is using flash hack.

It just makes your screen blink (or flash). It doesn't do anything to you, it just is rather annoying.

You know when you teleport, and the screen fades out from black after you move to a new area? That's what the Flash Hack does. You use commands to force D2 to flash a player of your choice.

Doing it too much gets you temp banned though.

I know a load of people use all sorts of crazy mods like that, but i'm not gonna go into any detail of how to get them.
