Version 1.07

I am currently playing SP version 1.07 I thought I was having a good day yesterday when I found unique Gladius ( Bloodletter) but to my disappointment there was no +3 bonus to whirlwind. I also found unique undead crown with poor stats, Trangs armor and Telling of beads set ammy. Also I have tried three rune words and none of them worked. I am having fun with crafting though .... I havent crafted anything great but some decent stuff so far. I would like to hear if anyone else is playing version 1.07 and what they are experiencing.

i don't think many on the forums play 1,07, why don't you play 1.11?

i believe some uniques are worse then 1.11, but there are some that are quite good..

run balrog skin racks.. the 1.07 arkaine's valor is probably the godliest unique armor around.. =)

So far on that GC i have a +24 damage GC right now and a few other very nice GC's. A far as running for that barlog skin .... I havent seen a rack drop one for me yet but I am constantly searching. If anyone else can remember good itmes to be on the look out for feel free to comment. Eventually I am gonna get a internet hook-up ..... cant wait to get back on b-net and track down those legit items.

download patches when you're on work copy them to a cd, memory stick, mp3, ipod. then drag the files to your diablo folder when you're home.

really so i can get version 1.09 from it

over the weekend I was rack running and came across a barlog skin map .... which is the third rack i hit. I also did another path and landed a colussus sword rack also the third rack. This map is in lower kurast can i get a grandfather to drop in lower kurast? I ran about 50 games and have yet to hit a green or gold. I did manage a 4 open socket 561 defense barlog skin and 2 po runes and a +17 minimum damage GC and a +17 resist all +35 life GC. I also beat Baal in hell yesterday @ lvl 75 barb. I thought it would be tougher. I have more trouble with hell council than any other monsters in game. I am gonna be running more lower kurast racks .... to try and hit a nice gold barlog skin or even a green one if that can drop too.

havent heard anything back yet ..... in version 1.07 is it possible for the grabdfather to drop from rack in lower kurast?

If you rack-run, you will force the game to drop it. Only Ondal's (if I remember correctly) and Windforce can't drop in 1.07..
