What's the res on the treks? FCR on the spirit?

You got to the 105 FCR, so you're job is pretty much done.
I would switch the trangs for Megas, and put 1 point into cold armor for teleporting. But that's just me tough.

Also what is this build for? PvM? PvP? MF?

assuming perfect fcr on spirit, you only have 115fcr on your sorc. not enough to get the 117 fcr bp for cl/lightning..

try get more fcr from jewellery.

or use griffon's that'd boost damage even further.

but the sad part is if you get hit bt ANY thing that does 300 dmg + your dead. youd have crapy sorb from es and 400 max for hp :|

I have to agree with the above statement. ES is worthless unless you take advantage of its synergies. You should have all in vitality and depending on your playstyle use dex for max block, although I don't like to do that. How do you expect me to rate your sorc when I don't know the stats on your gear? You have many pieces that have stats that affect your abilities and they randomly generate. Your gear is actually prety close to what I used last ladder with the exception of having Frostburns for gloves and perfect light eschutas for weapon. Eschuta is way better than a HOTO.

If you afford those items you can afford an Eschutas. Try to get a Grifons Eye for your helm too, makes a huge difference. You should be using a CTA on your switch as well. Also what is your merc/gear setup?

^^i don't think eschuta is better than hoto, let alone being way better..

the %dmg is additive to the %dmg on your masteries, that's all. ie, you'll only get a small boost in damage. for that small boost, hoto offers resists to all elements, dex (in case you want to max block) & more max mana..

imo, if you have enough fcr, crescent moon > eschuta's

and if you don't have enough fcr, wizspike > eschuta's

maybe it's just me.. i think that eschuta's is overrated =)

Yeah, but if you have enough resist Eschuta's>Hoto.
Eschuta's DOES give FCR, and 40 of it just like Hoto. It gives +3 skills (sorc's) just like Hoto (the only downfall is for non-sorc skills). And it also gives +20% light skill damage AND can be socket, probably with a facet for +25% -5%. So that's damage, skills and FCR. Better than Moon and Hoto for a damage build.


PS- Or if you really want you can socket it +15 res jewel as well if you need the res badly.
