Whirlwind Assa?

Hi there. I decided to play the infamous whirlwind assassin in PvM. So long, so great. My little assassin is now lvl 32 and I am German, logical conclusion: I use a German client.
Now here's the dumbest question I could probably ask:

What the heck is whirlwind?!
I read it everywhere: How to empower it, how to use it and so on. But what exactly, or better: where exactly is it? I know the barb's WW is a skill, but I cant find it in my tiny Assa...

well you have to use the runeword CHAOS in a 3 socket call to get ur assassin whirlwind.
