finishing moves

hi just have one question and then u can do whatever you want with this thread :D
i got a lvl74 kicksin, just started hell (I'm doing SP only). by now i was doing really easy even on /players8, but this is a hell of a good time do start building up a good finishing move.
shortly: I maxed up Phoenix and Fists of Fire, Venom as well.
I got 1 point on each of the finishing moves and I'm not sure which one to continue with. NM difficulty was really easy, as I said, that's why I didn't even need to worry about some stuff, but Hell is something different and I could use some help.
I've found a lot of stuff online saying D Talon is the best one to use. I used D tail till now but I guess it would be pityful against physical and fire immunes for example.
So which one do you think it's best?
btw I got normal wyrmhide boots and I would give them off for charsi imbue (just about to get that one finished) so that I can get something nice to kick with - since I turned out not to be very lucky with items LOL - but I got great imbued weapons plus nice dmg charms, +1 to martial arts charm and other skill bonus items.
Anyway - I'm just asking for an opinion - should I max out D Talon, or...?

considering dtail works best only when you pair it with tiger strike, it's a toss up between dtalon & dclaws. i'd say, go for the dtalon. make sure you have a good high damage boots. the wyrmhide works ok, but you should target at least crusader boots imo.

also, dtalon works great with crushing blow. goblin toes are good cheap source of it, plus a decent kicking boots once upgraded. of course, upped gore riders should be your target for end-game.

btw, iirc dtalon adds an extra kick per 6 skill levels, so there's a possibility that you don't really need to max them out. just make sure that together with your +skills items, they end up a multiple of 6..

well dtalon was my first choice, you could tell by what i'd said previously :D
i still haven't officially done the imbue but i experimented a bit (of course i put the d2s aside)
gives some decent solutions but not too good yet.
still, no need to rush. i read this thing without logging in a couple of days ago, so now i've got a couple of points in dtalon... works ok for now, i just killed duriel, no problem.
about what u said about crusader boots & goblin toes - heheh if they drop. i'm patient and got no problem with raiding and raiding and raiding 'specially Meph LOL we all like him.
in any case, SP only here so trading happens rarely :)
