Is what you have 5/5? or 4/4? or what? I got a couple cold facets but neither is 5/5 I don't think. I think both are 5/4 or 4/5 something or other.

it does -3 fire resistance and +4 fire damage, but i would be willing to through in a shael rune or an upgrade
