Can someone explain the breakpoints to me? I have seen the tables, and see the percentages. I figured that the percentages are probably the combined total of IAS on your equipment, but can't figure out how the weapon speed get added to that. Could someone point me in the right direction as to how I figure out where I'm at with my characters so I'm not investing in things like IAS if I'm never going to hit the next breakpoint?

The game constantly runs at 25 frames per second, and calculates nearly everything by frames.
If you attack at a 5 frame speed, this would mean you can attack 5 times in one second. (5*5=25) Breakpoints are just something you have to reach to increase the speed of your attacks/spells. It should be noted that some spells have cool down effects and next delays. For cool down effects, like Fist of Heavens, you can't cast it again for a certain amount of tine. For next delays, like Wake of Fire, it can't damage your targets for a certain amount of time, even if it appears to hit them (thus nerfing the stun output....)

If you post your character and build as well as all your equipment it would be easier to tell if you need more IAS or FCR ;)
