hero editor baal tenticle help

i need some help with the hero editor because i have the baal tenticle skill attatched to a piece of equip i have but it doesent sho up someone plz help me!!!!!!!

it's called unuseable skill. the game will not let you use it. the only way to use it is to have an act 1 merc with LOTS (as in impossibly high ammounts) of +skills, and you got to know how many exactly to get it to use it. example: we all know that +3 to all skills makes a rogue shoot a lightning hose arrow.

what exactly is lighting hose arrow? is that something on hero ewditor or in regular game also?
