While uniques can't be eth and indestructable unless they exist as eth-only items, blues/yellows can be etherial and still spawn with self-repair mods (seems to defy the point a bit, but I'm not complaining!), and there's also the obvious zods. Greens can't be eth at all. :P

out of completeness, you can get rare ethereal phaseblades as well.. they're just rare eth dimensional blades/crystal swords upgraded to pb =P
