here is a little trick i bin knowing for a while but since i dont use trap sin anymore i am tell it here ps some may know it some dont.. but dont just post in and say you know it allready.. the trick is being a pure trapper using the chaos claw can be very useful.. u use it when dueling palas alot they will think your a ww sin and even if they find out your pure trapper they will still have to charge your ww which will make them miss alot.. due to blocking and the fact they are running they will miss alot also in combo of tele/ww you can prevent alot of attacks on many other chars you duel melee mostly but. it can prevent other chars from trying to tele stomp on you couse they think your ww sin

You've clearly never heard of walking away.

Spider builds are HORRIBLE, stick to camping kid.
Offensive trapping or an offensive Hybrid/Ghost ftw.
FYI Diablo2.com, this is the stereotype jsp hybrid strategy.

Everything you post seems to be a trick in some way.

I'm still trying to figure out what the **** he was trying to explain.

From what I see:

Use Chaos as a pure trapper...so they think you're pure WW? Who are you trying to fool? If you're going to throw on chaos for WW...you might as well take FULL advantage of it.

I always thought that the point of a lot of trappers was to use MB to stun someone to **** so they end up having to find a way out of that stun...usually away from the traps or risk dying trying to get through them to the sin.

I guess this means you like to have a full trapper...but not fully use what makes it good...and mix that with an incomplete WW.

So...trap and ww away...sounds like you just did your enemy a favor.

I think he was saying, "if someone runs at you, you can whirlwind away so they can't hit you".

He seems not to realise that walking away is just as effective, and doesn't waste one of your weapon slots. Not that someone running straight at a trapper has a very great life expectancy anyway.

TBH, if will fail completely on these mainstream pub camp trap baddies. BUT, some of the GOOD OFFENSIVELY PLAYED trappers use it to escape stun, and pretty much that alone.

The tilde key works pretty well to get out of stun as well.

EDIT: By that I mean weapon switch. I forgot the default was W...

Ya WSG is widely used as well, but IMHO wwing out is a lot quick and you can maintain clawblock while wwing.
