wow, if you can find someone that will buy a 15 ias jewel for 10 fg, i'll go dig through all my junk jewels for one.

I doubt you will find anyone who will give you much for it. if anything. If they want a 15 ias jewel, they want a second mod on it. IE, ed, max damage, resist... If your a crafter, just stick it in the pile, if not, just toss it.
