Lancer's Ceremonial Javelin?

I was planning on making a PvM only Javazon for Cow, Pit, and Chaos runs. I was planning to get a Titan's but then find this +6 Javelin skills Javelin. I remember seeing this item mentioned a few times before the reset but never really took at look at what people were saying about it.

Is this item of any use? The only other mod is some crappy fire damage. And is it worth anything at all?

titan's offer better mods than the mentioned javelins despite having less skills.
i think what people look out for is the "lancers zon javelin of quickness, with innate +3java skills" for the extra speed, which titans lack.

they look for them to max out cs. Mainly so that they can take out baal in under 5 seconds. I would keep those javs just for baal runs. Put them on and see how much your cs damage goes up. Also 4 skill thunder strokes are very nice too. Even if you don't used the 6skillers, they are worth a little bit if you trade them off.

max is 40, "of quickness" suffix

EDIT: it should be 20, "of alacrity" suffix. the above suffix can't spawn on ranged weapons.. =P
