Well you'd better get listening to them, then. ;)

You can find a lot of stuff on Youtube. That's how I usually test out bands I've never heard of.

I knew about 100% of that list Only like about 80-90%

as I detest Rap with a Passion I like only one song of Rap... And that Is not on the list

I myself only listen to Rock Some Techno And some Classical But With Rock mixed in its Pretty nice actually O.o But due to my hella Slow internet and Lack of funds for the Cds I only have HEARD of the bands Ive never Listened to any Except for the bands that started after the 90s Then I know them ^^

Those are the ones I like. But I'm not really big into Bob Seger, Guns N Roses and the Rolling Stones much. They are still good but I just don't listen to them much.

I'll agree with the 50 Cent sediment. Get Rich or Die Trying is his only decent CD and I don't listen to him anymore (all bad).

And disagree with Pearl Jam, Nickelback on only with the debuts. Nickelback has been very consistent imo so nothing bad there. I understand the Pearl Jam part because the older > newer but they're still good too.

I would live to add some of mine in if that's cool & also pull your list apart a bit more as well if I can. I'll do in an hour or so.

REM is probably my favourite band not listed along with Nirvana. Many others but these two are very popular and failed to get a mention.

I'm actually not a big fan of Nirvana. I feel Pearl Jam pretty much nailed everything in the grunge genre (as well as branching out of it) and Nirvana can't really match it.

REM is amazing, though. I dunno how I forgot them.

* I added quite a bit. :)

- I don't like any metal except for Metallica (I just can't stand Suicide Silence, Slipknot, Megadeth, etc.) I can't stand that type of music which is why I don't like punk very much (Alexisonfire, Rise Against, Underoath, etc.).

I like a lot of the classic rock, rock and some pop. Some rap, some punk but not a whole lot there.

I'll actually agree but that doesn't make the band bad. Blame the media.

I mean, yes, it's overplayed but they sing more than the common 1-2 songs. I just figured they are still worth a mention.

Definately Nightwish N V they're amazing, also I love saosin. the fall of troy and HORSE the band are a few of the weirder sounding ones I like. Cradle of filth, parkway drive and Elysia are some good intense bands. Escape the fate and alexisonfire are great stuff too.

One, and only one song from Alexisonfire is good. :P

I may or may not make a list of the music I listen too, it would be significantly shorter if I did make one though. :P

That's not even a list of all my music, it's just a list of the best stuff.

Here's all of my stuff (note: "Best Music" contains songs from bands that only have one-hit wonders. It's completely different than my "All Music" folder):
