Failed to craft a blood belt

Hi guys, I have a question. I am trying to craft a blood belt, and I followed the recipe from the internet.

RECIPE FOR BLOOD BELT:
Magic Belt/Mesh Belt/Mithril Coil
Tal Rune
Perfect Ruby
Any Jewel


I transmuted a mesh belt, rare jewel, perfect ruby, and a tal rune but it didn't work. Can anyone please help me with my blood belt? Thanks :)

All items have to be unidentified. Aside from the rune/gem.

Thanks for the help Thadius Moor, another question though, do the mithril coil need to be magical or can i use a regular mithril coil? thanks :)

Hmm i thought the items must be identified and magical.

I really think so. I've done some crafting and i think it is that way. If only the items is the ones that is required (find a crafting page) and magical (whatever belt + magic\crap jewel +rune and gem ofc) it should be fine...

I was able to craft a mask and gloves with identified jewels

was the item type exact, unless the belt was in blue it wont work not just any type of mesh belt or mithril coil will do, they all have to be magic

Well, the belt/mesh belt/mithril coil MUST be magical. It doesn't have to be unidentified, though i don't know if it's possible to craft it if it IS unidentified.

The jewel can be of any quality, magical, rare or unique.

If it doesn't work, I'd say you're using either a wrong type of belt or a wrong gem/rune.

Or perhaps there's a bug :P
