Why do ppl want eth titans more?

To me, eth titans does only do 50% more physical damage, but is that such a good trade-off for not being able to repair them? I mean, you would repair them more often than you use jab on any monster.... maybe.. x) You get my point

just asking here because i've been curious for a while and i want answers ^^

titans replenishes itself no need to repair it so trade off is fine in my opinion.

Eth titan's -> Lower requirements, self repair, more physical damage.
On the other hand, if you throw them all you have to wait...

Maybe have one eth titans on switch for jabbing, and one normal for throwing with......

I always keep two sets of eth upped titans on hand, so running out/repair is never a problem for me. When i'm getting low, i swap them from my stash at a convenient moment (i always keep a bow on switch).

Given the choice, i'd always go for the higher damage (everything else being the same). Whenever i get to the bosses i poke-poke-poke til it's over anyway. Even with maxed Charge Strike, the added damage does make things go faster.
