Question Socketing a magic item.

I have a set of Blue magic armor that has 24% FHR with 4 sockets can i make a rune word with this armor? If so will it keep the 24% FHR on it?

You can't make runewords in magic armors so no, it won't work.

But whatever you put in the armor does not effect the base stats so the 24% FHR would remain.

Runewords only work with items that have the grey colored name and sockets.

You can only make normal items into runewords and Etherial cannot be socketed into runewords, as far I know.

ethereal items can be made into runewords.

you can only make runewords with white or grey name items (including ethereal)
