What is the build you intend to use the armor for?

I'd go with CoH since most forts are only for mercs and good forts go past 3000 def, which yours can not do, so you'll probably get the most benefit from a CoH.

Better for most builds, and worth more as far as I know.
If that was an eth dusk however I would say Forti (of course)

i use coh on my smiter,actually better than fort in this regard,all the reists. i use him for solo uber,so resist help....
