does ias work on smite?

i got heaven's light and i'm thinking of putting shael runes on it if the ias acutally effects the smite's atking speed.

so does putting shael rune on heaven's light makes my hoz atk faster?
if not, what's your recommandation for putting 2 things at hl for uber smiter?

Use this site to calculate your smite attack frames. Smite is based on your weapon attack speed.

Yes ias affects smite's attacking speed. That's why smiters use fant aura.

You have to check the breakpoints to figure out if 1 or 2 shaels will help push you over any breakpoints.

Yup, IAS make you Smite faster... You probably have maxed Fana aura, so I don't know if IAS can make him even faster!

I'd suggest 1 or 2 Ber in your HL to get more CB. Dunno how rich you are, and how much CB you have, cuz 100% is max, so more than 100 is waste! Tell us what gear you use, and it's easier to tell you whats best to put in your HL... So we can see if you need anything!

on lvl 20 fanta you need 20 more ias with a hl to hit the 7 frame smite. you need an additional 35 to hit the 6 frame. So you would need either an ammy or gloves with ias on it to make it worth it to put another shael in the hl. But one in there is well spent. If you can afford a ber, put that in the second slot.
