i am looking for a not so gear dependent build because i literally have nothing. i am not looking for a summon necro so other than that what are some ideas you have??

A lightning trapper isn't too gear dependant. If you max LS, DS, FB. Put a few points in BoS and CoS. If you want to melee, spread some points into TS and a finisher, if you don't you could max shadow master or the remaining synergies. You could cast CoS, surround them with traps, get a fast bow and turn them into pincushions. There are lots of choices.

I remember someone around here posted that they were going to make a feral rage shapeshifter. It is not gear dependent because with the life steal and such you will have great survivability, but I am not too sure of the damage on them. I guess if you were lacking damage you could go for a werebear/feral build for high life and dmg, instead of the fast but low dmg werewolf/feral build.

if your looking for a pvm build that isnt to gear dependant i would reccomend a rabies/fury druid. even if you dont have great gear the rabies dmg is still great when u max it with poison creeper.

It' been a while but if I recall corectly a Meteorb (Meteor-frozen orb) sroc was pretty easy to play and easy to get cheap MF gear and still put out some serious DPS.
