Well I have have a general idea of what I'm up too when doing this except weapons. I talked with a friend and we came up with a cruel cinqadeus of swiftness, with possible eth/self rep.

But I'm still thinking it over ever since I found a 40 ias fools modded small cresent.

So far my choices seem to be:

40ias fools sc

1x sheal 5x 30/15'd robo naga

Oath sc (I don't plan on using this to it being only 6 frame)

I think the rare sc's your best option.

The rare sc for sure...unless you can get your paws on a cruel ataghan of quickness with two sockets.

The ataghan is just so hard to find, and I'm not liking the rare sc right now a little slow for me.

Ya I've been on another shopping spree for one. Not sure whats best level or what act/difficulty to check just doing act 5 hell :|

level is important in nm/hell, not act (or difficulty, excluding normal).

clvl 69 gives the best chance for cruel prefix, clvl 67 gives the best chance for quickness suffix. Lower than these and you can't roll the affix, higher and your chances diminish slightly.

In short, go clvl 69. No idea which vendor is fastest. Probably charsi with the waypoint spawned close to her.




EDIT: If you're rolling a rare, ilvl 78 is the best. Sadly, to keep a rare at ilvl 78 using the 6 pskulls recipe, you need a clvl of 117... If you want to gamble, clvl 74 will give the optimum chance.

Also to go faster, instead of having the waypoint spawning next to charsi, make a cow portal next to her, that's how I got my jewelers full plate of the whale, that and 30 mins of my time :]
