do you want a super all covers guide or quick build?
I can do both but it's 3 am here and I have strengh only for the second.. so here it goes:

1 telek
1 tele
1 wramth
1 frozen armor
20 blizz
20 GS
20 cold mastery
20 ice ball
1 FO (my choice, don't flame- it's for rushing)
as much as you can ice bolt.

point in all of preq.

prefect gear:
helm: shako (P.topaz it)
arm: tal rasha's (P.topaz it)
belt: tal rasha's (get the best mf you can)
ammy: tal rasha's (3 pieces gets major mf bonus)
gloves: chance guard (best mf you can)
boots: war traveler (best mf you can)
rings: probably Nagel+Raven/Nagel+Nagel. perfect will be 2sojs, but it's not worth it imo
shield: two ways- spirit monarch with 35 fcr but you need 156 or lidless wall. I went with lidless but spirit is better imo, however maybe more expensive.
charms: try to get anni and torch. a cheap torch (necro, assa..) will be an easier option. also get Gheed's.

places to mf: mephisto is the best. pindle and andy. you can mf the ancient tunnels too.

you don't really need a merc for these mfs. just do as many as fast as you can.

Blizz is a much better boss killer imo, which is the easiest and quickest way to get some nice stuff for the beginning.

Yeah, bliizard for meph alone is the best possible choice.

blizz also works great for cows and andy. rarely any cold immunes. when doing cows be carefull not to kill the king though.

I use my pure blizzer for pindleruns. My goal was 96, it was a hell of a time before i got to my goal, but i'm there! :)
