1. Always carry a Full Jevs in your belt for quick use. (saved my life countless times)

2. If playing just for getting xp. Kill things where its easy. Not where you get a lot of xp.

3. Never play with a very high level unless you know him/her. Could PvP you later on.

4. How I normally get my Charectors to around lvl 80 on HC is i mostly play Private servers. So only friends can join and you dont have to worry bout being PvP. Cause when you are up there in levels. There in levels there is a lot of PvP going on.

Heres the best tip you can get (kinda funny it's not listed here as it's pretty obvious). Bear in mind that i didn't play diablo for years though :D

-Build a party of characters so if one dies you can use another character to MF and play.

Like when your starting (like i'm doing now again :D) start with a sorc (less item dependant) then when thats lvl 15/20 find/buy items to level up a barbarian fast. A barbarian is also a good MFer so now you have 2 lvl 20's. Then grind one character to lvl 30 and then the other to lvl 30 and so on. When one dies make sure you create a new one and lvl him up before you play you main. This way you'll never lose everything but just a fraction as you can find new items with your main for a new character.

Also feel free to create as many characters as you like, especially when you find good items for a certain class. And be sure to mule as much as possible in the beginning, play it save and you will overcome a high lvl character dead in minutes.


-Buying items in act3 for a new melee character is great. You can buy these very good swords in act 3 wich require a bit more strenth then you start out with. But with some +str rings and charms you can wear it very quick. Now join a game with 6 to 8 people in it and you will still smash most things with 1 blow and lvl ultra fast.
