The CD keys are just...your ways of getting in. Kind of a sucky way when you consider spammers and such...since all they need to do is get a new key.

And for me it's not surprising that the graphics resembles WoW (at least to a certain part). I doubt Blizzard is programming a new engine for every game. They are probably using the same or maybe an update or modified one for D3 as they are using for WoW. It's the same with games using the half life or unreal engine. Every engine has its characteristic and I really don't see why that should be a problem. At least the WoW hate community has a new topic!
