Question about MF gear.

If I'm killing baal in my regular gear then when hes almost dead I switch into my MF gear...will my skeletons/merc still get the MF?

yes.

MF is calculated when the killing blow is dealt. your minions (skellys, golem, merc, etc) get the full benefit of any MF you carry.
