You're stuck at 9fpa with a sin, not matter how much more ias you have.

And you don't hit that 9fpa until 125% IAS.

A BvC don't use a high IAS on Widow either. You're just using it to cause aggression or to inflict OW. Two arrows max.

If it's not for a BvC...why the need for high IAS?
