Widescreen Issues

My monitor i use is 1680x1050 and when i play Diablo II it looks like the picture below. If anyone knows of a way to make it fullscreen and not distort the hell out of the game i would greatly appreciate it.

Aight i take it no one knows of a way to fix this issue. I had the same problem with my Battlefield 2 game and my Battlefield 2142 but alas the way i fixed them would not work on Diablo II. No biggie ive learned to play with it the way it is. Thanks anyways all.

Try running it in window mode? I'm just guessing.
