Question on claws

How much dex do i have to put in in order to use claws, i know some have 50 dex req and others 120.. I plan on trying to have a max ammount of dex in order to use all trap claws, anyone know what that is?

Here are some of the most commonly used, and I would strongly advise to pick one you like (after researching) and go with that, or else you end up wasting stat points:
Greater Talons: -30, 79/79
Runic Talons: -30, 115/115
Feral Claws: -20, 113/113

The number on the left is the ASWM(Avg Weapon Speed Mod), the number on the right is how much IAS is needed for the fastest trap laying speed, 9FPA.
