Melee will wtfpwn you. Period. Berserk comes at the cost of having NO defense.

There's no different gear than any other melee barb.

i once beet a zealer with berserk.

Zealers don't have a WHOLE ton of defense...plus Berserk uses magic damage...no way to resist. Usually Zealers have higher AR anyway.

i have a ww/zerk barb that would be excellent using zerk in duelz if i had more AR. i want to get my hands on 3/20/20's but anyone thats been following my threads know that ive learned my lesson with dupes.......and those are heavily duped
