PvP summoner build

Hello all, I was wondering if there were any guides here for a PvP summoner, most likely revive. I've never played a necro before, so I'm a total noob at it, the last time I played was shortly after 1.10 came out (I think, whatever patch added enigma)....So I'll need to know exactly what skills to get and when. My friend had a summon necro that fascinated me way back and I'm looking to make one aswell.

Revive Necro for PvP...

Lemme guess...take time to summon creatures immune to your enemy. Duel for 3 minutes. Reapeat? O_o

I find the way summoners duel to be completely BM.

IM the enemy and telebomb...win.
