5-15 Trist
15-20 tombs
20-25 Cows
25-40+ Baals
45-65 NM baals
65+ Hell baals

Level 1 = Grush.

Level 1-92 = Uber leveling.

Level 93-99 = Baal runs.

There you go, friend. You level good now. :)

Grush then Chaosing to level 60, doing hell ancients for 61... then Baaling from there.
