If you tele'd on them before acknowledging to go as well, then yes as it takes two people that are ready to duel. If you don't send a response then it's just a preemptive attack, thus is BM.

Ofc 99% of people on bnet don't do that. But weirdly enough my most memorable duels are with people who act like an *** at first, and when I confront them with it they appolegize and we have some great gm duels. One time I stayed up for like 5 hours with a friend duelling 4 other people. I got my *** kicked pretty bad at first, but then I started getting better and acutally beat them a couple times. It was really awesome.

As for the bm part, if you didn't say g but the other person did it's bm. If both said g it's not bm and the other person is justing whining.

People seriously take BM/GM too far, anything that puts you at an advantage is BM. If you're in a pub on NL, don't even think about it.

Sometimes I'll go in a pub for some warm up duels, other times when I'm pissed I'll literally wait til someone dies THEN host them and TG with traps. It's hilarious at how pissed they get.
