Cheap MF Items:
Chance Guards, Goldwrap, Tal Belt, Nagelrings, Occulus, Tarnhelm; these should be worth a few pgems, depending mf amount on them, for perfect ones expect to pay even double what a normal one is worth.

Moderate MF Items:
War Travellers, Shako, Skullder’s Ire, these are worth 25-50 pgems depending on mf amount and person’s willingness to let go of them.

Expensive MF Items:
Tal Armour/Amulet, Ist’s, 50mf War Travs, these can be quite expensive depending on the person you buy them off, expect to be paying over 100pgems each or items of equal value.

The Class-Specific Sets:
These sets were introduced with the LoD expansion and there is one per class; these are: Aldur's, Natayla's, Griswold's, Tal Rasha's, Trang-Oul's, Immortal King's (usually just IK), and M'Avina's.
Aldurs and Nataylas are not very useful sets and are rarely traded for, the individual items will most likely cost ~5 pgems each, you might even get the whole set for 30pgems.
Trangs gloves are useful and cost around 10pgems.
IK set, M'Avina's and Tal-Rashas sets are used widely and most peices can set you back a bit. The elite items like Sacred Armour for IK are not something everyone has sitting around and you may have to wait a while before finding one to trade for, these elite items can sell for ~40-50pgems each, a whole set will cost ~150pgems depending on trader and item stats.
Griswold is a hard set to complete; the Vortex Shield can be tricky to obtain, it is useful, but not popular as less expensive items can be used instead, getting the whole set may cost 100pgems, with the shield/corona costing ~40pgems each.

Other useful Set Items:
Naj's Puzzler has teleport charges on it, a cheap Enigma alternative. 15-20pgems.
Laying of Hands has 350ed vs. demons, good for act boss running. 5pgems.

Runewords:
The price of these is usually tied into what runes went into making it and how good the base item/roll of stats are. Most common ones would be Stone or HotO or CtA. These aren't traded in pgems and usally involve trading your own runeword as well.

Useful normal/exceptional Items:
Useful normal items include magefists, twitchthroe, the ward to name a few, these are quite common, but coming across perfect ones will set you back a decent amount: 5pgems or 20pgems perfect stats.
Exceptional items are quite common too, these will go for 10-50pgems depending on stats, wether its desirbale as eth and availability. Most notable one would be Skin of the Vipermagi which may cost a bit to get perfect resistance.

Elite Items:

TC87 Items:
Most people don't want to part with these which includes: Tyrael's Might, Windforce, Griffon's Eye and Crown of Ages plus a few more. These, like runewords are usually traded for another one plus some items, so a Griffon's Eye 20/10 could be traded for a g-eye 20/14 plus 100pgems (example, not actual pricing, this is to be worked out between buyer and seller).

Runes:
El-Sol: 1pgem
Shael-Fal: 3pgems
Lem: 5pgems
Pul: 10pgems
Um: 20pgems
... & so forth.

Jewels/Rares/Charms:
Most common: Ed jewels/life scs/skiller gcs: These usually depend on secondary mods and what skills are on it. scs should go for 10pgems or so depending on mods, ed jewels can get very expensive the more they get towards 40ed and secondary mod, a plain 30ed jewel should set you back around 10-15pgems.
Others are best left negotiated with the person you are selling to/buying from. An easy way to figure out a starting point is to compare it to another item and its price, so a circlet with +2sorc +80mana +60life 1socket is comparable to shako, but doesn't have dr%, but also has style points shako doesn't, so a price would mirror how much shakos go for.

Now ready for criticism before I do too much more. I'm pretty sure the prices are on track, but maybe you have a different opinion. Remember LK runs can give you up to 100pgems in a few hours.

I'm working now so I can little to read, but I scan through it and find that for medium MF items, pgems rate will be about 25 - 50. Those items are hard to get, espceially of someone is aiming to get the item come with perfect attributes.

It sounds about right relatively, but personally I'm not going to pay um for a plain skiller of any kind... esp. in SP they aren't as l33t as their online counterparts.
