Thanks to everyone helping me out about trying this build, but is there any order in putting the skills in? because i wouldnt know what to start out with?

If you follow the advice he gives the game is very easy to progress through. If you get lucky on some drops its seems even easier. I am on Nightmare with mine now but I have run a few bosses a couple times for exp. I decided to run Baal once last night before bed and got lucky with an Ume's Lament and the day before on normal I got a Tal Rasha's Ammy off Meph and a skin of the vipermagi off diablo. So far I am enjoying the game. :D

Yes when you complete Normal you start Nightmare level when you kill Baal in Nightmare you start hell levels.

hell levels are pretty easy for a fishymancer but you ogt to keep ur summons up for you to live

I am pretty much walking through nightmare right now. I slowed down a little to level before I hit hell.
