Since you would only need 45% ias with a 15 fanat MAT Faith, I was wondering if a 120 45 is still the best helm since its overkill or should i rearrange my gear for ias such as cateye ammy, nos coil, and zon kb gloves.

For PvP, you really should be wearing the Cat's Eye for the FRW anyway, so yes the 120/45 is a waste of a helm.

i would prefer dream helm. u get LOADS more max dmg (1k-3k-depending) and if u wanna play dirty in pvp just stack the aura.

dream without synergy does pitiful damage.

k so since 120 45 might be a waste to get, is there a helm that will bring up my ga dmg alot? I'm not sure about Dream helm but maybe a Crown of Thieves for the 25 dex? Black Horn for 20% slow enemy? or Valk Wing Helm for + skill and 20 to frw and fhr?

By loads more you mean 600 max. = 100 max after pvp, = 25 max after resistances. W00t, I just added 12.5 average damage to my setup!
How do you stack dream auras when using a bow?
Now, uninstall and break your CDs please.
On topic, you're still after damage and frw from your headgear. Having 1 IAS jewel isn't wasted (as it allows you to wear a rare belt rather than nos/goldwrap).

How about 3 x Vermillion (+15 max dmg) jewels of
Carnage (+15 Max dmg) in a Corona or another high def helm? Or Tiara to look nice?

How about a Zon passive circlet with skills, resists, and ED?

hm thats sounds pretty good but does the 120 edmg make a difference noticeable and needful in pvp?
How about a Zon passive circlet with skills, resists, and ED?
And 30% Frw?

2os coa with 2X jewels with 15ias 15res would work making a total of
50-60resists and 30 ias with some DR and 1 to skills

I havn't heard of many Bowa's using CoA, but it sounds good on paper.

i don't think that many bowies would want to spent 174 on strength..

and it sucks balls bigtime when put into practice.
gg bowys seem to use one of the following helms
1: 3sox/30frw helm with ed/ias jools.
2: 2sox g-skull with ed/ias jools (for those that can live with 30ias in hat).
occasionally you find zons with 3sox/100lifer hats (120/45). but the 30frw ones are preffered.
