Alright, i`m back with the thread i miss so much ^^

I will post some pictures here of whatever i find, if i`m uncertain of the value of the item. Everyone might of course post pictures of their items here.

I found a Lycanders Flank. It has +2 Zon skills and +2 Jav skills, and some decent damage as well as other good mods. I offered to trade it in chat and even made a game titled with the trade offer and no one responded. I have never been a Zon, but it seems to me that this is a good Javazon wep, with +4 skills.

Is this a decent Wep?

It is actually not that bad a spear for a Fendzon, but they do not exist in large quantities. You could just store it on a mule and maybe you will come across someone who need it sometime.

even those wands that can get 2sockets will get max sockets thru larzuk even if their ilvl is low. those wands that can't get 2 are those that can have 1 socket max, ie wand, burnt wand & yew wand. so make sure you don't buy these! =)

mmm might have possibly been what i done. used a friends socket q on one and it got 1 socket.

It must be white, but it can have +Skills and additional bonuses. It just got to be white =D

The lowest cap caused by ilvl is 3 sockets, at ilvl < 25.

nah, up untill a2 they are all(most) all white. but after a2 norm they all turn blue.

Well you finally forced me to check some stuff.

Some of the normal wands can have two sockets, namely - bone wands and grim wands. Im not shure that grim ones are shoppable from A2, but bone wands are there for shure.

Wands and yew wands, can have only one socket, so they dont worth it.

Bear in mind though that burnt wands also can have only one socket, although they are exceptional class.

its not special compared to rws (as i already said) but for being rare its a decent weapon. viable for mld? sure it can be, but not top notch.

rare items get style points by some players though, and the most extreme will use rares over uniques no matter how much it "suck" compared to rws just because of style points.

I do agree that Oath looks better than that Small Crescent from what i see, but take into consideration that it has "cruel"-modifier, and would have more max dmg and a very high AR-boost at higher lvls. Which would be boosted by any auras and warcries.

for the sheild its not worth it. i think max ar/ed you can get on shield is 111 ar/65 ed or something like that.

for the sword, not worth anything. an eth/self repair, ias and 2 sockets and it would be better ;)

It could be good if you got two sockets in it, and use two Sol runes in it for another 14 Physical Damage Reduction.

Imo thats only ones worth saving, and then only if you don't have anything better or know of a good use for it. As far as trade value goes I think it won't have much. Perhaps a pgem or two at most. Wait for someone else to give opinions though, since I might be wrong on the other items ;)

That circlet isn`t godly, but i`d say viable in the least.. try to compare it to other decent unique helmets, and it looks pretty good. Maybe in the Kira`s Guardian-class...

The wand is interesting. I would be interested myself, that many charges is quite unusual.. to me at least. I`d give around 8 pgs for it.

No it isn't. Not sure if it's character lvl that decides the lvl/charges on a wand, but with my 85+ chars I have found those. Not really uncommon.

Just to make a little point out of why it is good with many charges - is because you can use an Ort rune to recharge it, therefore the more charges, the less Orts you would have to use in the long run ..

I think one Life Tap recharge costs around 1k gold to repair.

It's actually 97 charges with 20fcr, a rare wand. And for that circlet i'll keep it and if anyone needs it, it's a freeby =) (Useast non-ladder).

That is a bit more rare then (talking about wand). Not sure if only 20 fcr will get a charge to a higher breakpoint when casting LT, but if it does then it's certainly helpful in the heat of battle ;)

Such gloves, with 2 java skills, 20% IAS but no other significant mods, are worth around 4 pgs or Fal rune, i`d say.

You`re probably right, it should have more mods. Just assumed with the combined mana pile and 10% Fcr it`d be good for casters.. but not enough for someone to pay i guess..

It's lacking resistance, life and perhaps stats (str/dex). But it's definately a keeper. The high mana can help in long duels where you may not need the life/res from a better ring, but mana to outlast someone else (assuming you don't use mana pots).

Sadly it's lacking fcr, but it's a nice helm. I doubt it beats shako except for the style points of it being rare:p

Edit: Also there is Jalals to take into account, which is another awesome helm with lower lvl requirement as well.

They always seem to want dual leech rings, and the 18 str is a tasty mod since they usually wear forti which means they don't get the huge bonus from eni.

I don't know what other mods they look for though, but I'm guessing maybe

It is indeed nice for lld. It doesn't have ideal stats, but if you can find the right buyer I guess you can get something from them. Don't expect loads of hrs for them though. Some mid runes or maybe Pul. I'm not good at prices :p

Both are only worth keeping if you would use them yourself or give them to someone who needs FCR to start out with - either way they aren`t worth much unfortunately.

Remember that Ladder resets in a week, so noone will be much interested in buying or selling anything this last week of this ladder session. If you play Ladder, that is.

Your accounts will have the same name and passwords, and all of the servers will be "down", that means you won`t be able to connect to your accounts for app. 4-5 hours. The time varies a little, so wait for 3 hours then try to log on.

After that, your previous ladder characters (if you made them ladder) will now be non ladder, and if you wish to play on ladder, you must start over with completely new characters. Someone hates this, someone thinks a fresh start is fun and inspiring =)

Ladder and Non-ladder is divided, that`s right. You can`t join games that have ladder players in them or vice versa. Therefore you can`t trade with another player that way either, which is why some ppl never play ladder, but stick to non ladder. You never lose your items that way there.

But you miss out on certain privileges which is only allowed on ladder. It is a trade-up you would have to accept.

That staff isn`t the best for a Sorc =) Maybe for an early Fireball-sorc or Enchantress, but nothing ppl will pay much for.

Well since you're just starting out, that's a great beginner weapon for a fire sorc. You won't be able to trade it for anything though.

Non Ladder:
Has More Dupes
Has More PvP Games/Characters(Player vs Player, Dueling)
Has items from previous patches(In general, good items)

Ladder:
Has more PvM Games/Characters(Player vs Monster, Anything that's not PvP)
Has more runewords(Some runewords are ladder only, one would be "Spirit")
Has certain items that can't be found in NL(One would be Crown of Ages)

In general, if you want PvM and more of a challenge when leveling, go for ladder.
If you want PvP and easy leveling, go for NL.

4 socketed swords like that are good for making spirit in, because they are good for "young" (or poor) casters.

I've sold quite a few of those to newbies this ladder. I don't take a lot for them though.. pgems only, don't remember how much, and some i've even given away

The polearm you found isn't worth anything as far as i know, but it is good for prebuffing warcries if you dont have dual echoing spears ...
