installation & version problem

i've got error in decompressing sprite when i go to act 5 maps but i can play act 1 to act 4 smoothly... my installer doesn't have the d2char.mpq file what shall i do?? i only play single player at home.

about my version it's in v1.09 how can i change it to v1.11b? or even 1.10? where can i get a crack for the versions? please help me...

As for the crack, you needto google for d2loader. I'm not sure if I'm allowed to post a link here or not. =/
