it just came randomly when i was playing game;

let's say u have concentration on and u cast hammer. now while the hammer is still spinning u change the aura to something esle THEN that same hammer hits the monster.

if this happens what will be the dmg of that hammer?

it should still have the damage from concentration. the Aura's effect dosent change immediatly, even though the aura image under your feet does. this is why "Flashing" is popular with auradins. flashing being what happens when you swap between auras quickly in order to acheive certain effects. each aura has a "refresh rate" in which the game code checks to see which aura is currently active every so many seconds. this is even more noticable in games where lots of paladins are present. say you have fanaticsim, conviction and concentration auras activated from multiple paladins. visually you will see the aura underneath your character change every so many seconds to each of the active auras, this is the visual representation of the "refresh rate".
