Dead Fantasy 1 (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5uZzRnJ1mn0)
Dead Fantasy 2 (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8D_L1JY3aZc)
For those that don't know about it. It's a fan-made video featuring the women from various Final Fantasy games vs the girls from the Dead or Alive games. Needless to say...it's epic ESPECIALLY since it's fan-made.
I don't like how powerful Rinoa is though. >_>

Not a fan of Yuna or Rikku...but there are a bunch of good moves in there. I haven't found a part three either.
I loved Rikku, but I liked her more in FFx-2. Too bad that game sucked.
Yuna is really cool as well, but Lulu is just freaking awesome.
Also Tifa is really badass :D

Eh...I guess I just wasn't happy with the X generation. I haven't played a FF since IX. From X-XII I've just be disappointed and not really compelled to try them.
Tifa IS badass. All the **** she goes through makes her one of the best, imo. Screw the people saying "lolz u juz lyk hur bcuz she haz big bewbz". Morons. -_-;
I really liked X actually. It was a great game. Maybe it's because one of the first games I ever tried after FF IX.
Anyway I agree she is badass. Especially in the Advent Chirldren movie. She just kicks ***!
X is the only FF game I've played, meh I liked it quite a bit.

Yeah...X brought in a lot of new people. But so much bothered me dealing with the people or the game. *shrugs*
I like the Tifa from AC better than the game. I love that "*** cape" of hers. xD

Afk playing doa 2
X is the only FF game I've played, meh I liked it quite a bit.
After thinking about it that was the first FF game I tried. I played it a bit in a video store and thought it was awesome, but sadly I did not have money for it.
Later I got FF IX which was really cool, but back then my english skills sucked, so I didn't get very far.
A bit later again I found FF X (which I didn't know I had allready tried a bit) and bought it since I loved FF IX. Was a very pleasent surprise when I started playing and noticed I recognised the beginning =]
Yeah...X brought in a lot of new people. But so much bothered me dealing with the people or the game. *shrugs*

True, but imho it is a good game. The voice acting could have been a lot better, but the songs and graphics was great. And the story was just kick *** imo.
I like Tifa from AC better as well. But it's been ages since I last played FF VII now so maybe I should give it a try again :)

Yeah...something about games that always bothers me is how I'll ask how a game is and all I hear is "teh grafix r da bom!". I'm someone who REALLY doesn't place graphics very high on the "good game" scale. (lol D2/SC) To me it's about the story, playability and just...ability to mix and match things (I tend to play those games most...customizable). Pokemon/Armored Core/D2 and SC are among my very top...oh and FFs up to IX of course. o;
IX got a bad rap from people because it went back to the roots. No materia, no making everyone a superpower tank...everyone was a different class and had different aspects. I really didn't mind it. It at least meant I'd see a different attack every turn rather than a ton of limit breaks/ultimas/whatever summon. I was really hoping I'd be able to use Ultima in IX though. >_>
I don't place graphics very high as well, but I liked the story and characters in X a lot, so the good graphics was just a bonus to me. I don't see what's so wrong with IX not having materia. It's an awesome game still imho, and one of the most fun lvling/custumization of characters in the FF games.
I didn't care much at all for XII. The storry was difficult to grasp, there was nothing special about the characters, and you could make all characters the same basically the same type. Be it ranger, melee, magic etc. It really sucked imo.

Well some of the customization in IX can still make your teammates relatively the same...but it's almost necessary. Auto-regen, auto-life, auto-haste. I had all three of those on on every character lol.
Yeah, I watched my brother play a demo. The graphics and all looked good...but I questioned a lot of it. ._.;; I don't know so much on the story...even the little bit in the demo.
Well true they can be made similar, but not in the sense of XII where all characters can be created to be identical apart from the looks and voices -_-
Hmm. Auto-rege, auto-life and auto-haste on all chars? Last boss must have been fairly easy with that. IIRC I didn't have any of those when I beat him :o
I've played the game for like 15 hours I guess and still arn't sure on the story. Maybe I just need to start over again and pay more attention. I don't know, but it seemed really confusing to me. The graphics sure is good though, but I would rather convert back to X or prevoius games for graphics if the story and character development system was better.

I've played Final Fantasy I, II, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, IX and X
Loved most of them, the last boss of the first one almost drived me insane though

Basically when I encountered the Grand Dragon and got my *** kicked, I wanted to beat the bastard, so I leveled until I could. I did the same in VII with the Midgar Zolom (that giant snake in the swamp). Screw catching chocobos. D<
I meant 15 hours only on FF XII. I've easily played for 600 hours spread over the different FF games :p
I've lvled to overkill a few times as well, but I find it kinda boring. When you can kill the last boss in 2 hits (reffering to FF X) It's kinda disappointing >_>

Heh that's kind of what I liked about VII. Seraph Sephiroth (spelled "Safer Sephiroth" in my version) is scaled to Cloud's level...thus the higher level you are, the higher Sephiroth's ability.
That kinda hellps then. Though there are those secret hidden bosses that is much tougher than the last boss in X. Never tried to fight them though... yet ^_^

I love keeping those optional bosses alive.
I purposely keep Ruby and Emerald weapon alive to fight over and over. xD
How can you keep them alive like that without getting killed? I thought you either had to beat them or get killed since you can't flee from the battle o.O

Well I'd kill them and all...but not save it.
To me, they're the most entertaining bosses in the game.
Ahh. So just fighting them for the fun/challange. Makes sense =]
Btw I love how you helped hijacking your own thread :D

Yeah, I do it with a lot of games. Keeps me sharp. o;
Eh...I go where the conversation takes me. Off-topic or not.
The only game I've really done that in is D2... and then only for the mfing part :p
Well maybe run some places over again for exp in FF games just to beat a boss but that's about it :D
Same here. I go with the flow as long as it stays within reasonable limits.
For those who haven't seen it yet, Dead Fantasy 3, 4 and 5 is out now! Awesome vids ^_^
