It can spawn with that +skills. Well, I'm not positive about the 2sockets, but I'm pretty sure.

yes they can exist.

this one is a magic fools/20ias runic taken to Larzuk who gave it 2 sox.

such a claw can also spawn as a Rare.
it would need Fools and Mechanics (2sox) prefixes and the of Swiftness (30ias) or of Quickness (40ias) suffix.

the "super omf-godl3h" rare hybrid'sin runic talon would probably look something like this:

eth, fools/2sox/300ed-Runic Of-40ias, -30% reqs, self-repair with +3lit-sentry, +3venom, +3 wep block staffmods.

OR

fools/2sox/+2'sin- Runic Of-40ias, self-repair with +3lit-sentry, +3venom, +3 wep block staffmods.

Unless of course you were aiming to get another +LS from not having to invest in clawblock, in which case there's a few things it could be ^^

explain to me how one could build a hybrid'sin WITHOUT at least a base point into weapon block........

besides, unless your a ww/kicker or straight ww-sin, you'll only ever need that single point into wep block (60% block is possible with only a base point invested). hybrids have better things to spend those points on anyways....

besides, unless your a ww/kicker or straight ww-sin, you'll only ever need that single point into wep block (60% block is possible with only a base point invested). hybrids have better things to spend those points on anyways....

With the +1Clawblock on your chaos....? Unless you have to invest a hard point into it, I honestly am not sure as I never rely on claws for those type of things.
