Throwing a Werebear idea out, thoughts please

20 Werebear
20 Lycanthropy
20 Fireclaw
1 To all Pre's
1 to Hunger (Incase i need leach)
1 to Shockwave for stun
1 in to Oak Sage
Rest into Synergies to FC

Stats:
STR: Enough for gear
DEX: Same
VIT: All others
ENG: None

on a skills planner this got fairly decent damage, and looked like it would be fun to tank lots of damage in Baal runs. What does everyone think? Constructive criticism will be greatly appreciated.:)
If you have suggestions for gear, I'll take them happily, but I'm not asking for them.

IIRC Fireclaw is one of the skills that ONLY the weapon speed & IAS is taken into account when determining that actual attack speed, ie off-weapon IAS is irrelevant. You can either go for a 6 shaeled PB, or is it 4 shaels and two fervor jewels, and say to hell with the physical damage, or you can get yourself a reasonably fast weapon that does good damage and say to hell with lightning speeds. But if I'm wrong you can safely disregard everything I just said.
