ISO: x/15% FCR Nec Amulet

ISO: x/15%+ FCR Nec Amulet (posted on JSP also)

I'm looking for:

1-2 Nec skills (not a huge priority; just looking for something I can afford)
15%+ FCR (<-- must)
+Strength (not needed but I guess some, the better it is)
+Dexterity (looking for +Dex mainly if possible)
+Life (looking for this as well)

Only legit/perm. Leave prices or I will ignore & probably lowball (not good with pricing).

Again, I can get more fg or add items if needed.
