single player barbarian, one point in every skill that i could get, lol. then after getting to lvl 24 (beginning of act 3) i got LoD AND found out that my anti-virus wasnt letting d2 go online, so i fixed it and now i was able to play online so i started over and made a bone nec, and my brother made an assasain which both sucked.

My First Character was a Single Player Sorc. Yup, At least 1 point in ever skill. Then I discovered the awesome power of the Frozen Orb and placed all remaining points there. Yeah, that character sucked. I think I got her to Lvl 60 before I gave up on it.

first build i ever made, was an all around built necro, most the skills were in the summoning and PnB trees. i made it to act 2 of nightmare, barely. then i restarted and made a pure summoning necro that went to hell and back. it was only after a good friend showed me the error of my ways in putting points in all trees. Shinchibi and THEDominator, thanks for pointing out that hell is a reservation requiring certain skills maxed and not wasteing points on stuff that isnt nescesary.

My first "build" does not earn the right to be called by this word.
It was single-player.
It was a bow and crossbow using amazon with the skill points all over the plase... Got couple of skills maxed though - immolation arrow and freezeng arrow. It was just after the game release, and the immolation arrow was really owning in the classic pre-patch era.
Its sounds amazing to me now, but I managed to drive her through almost all game - only get hopelesly stuck at the hell ancients.
I still have this character in my saves :)

I started playing Diablo 2 when the patch with the synergies first came out. I don't remember which patch that is. 1.09 or 1.10, I dunno.

Anyway I started a windy druid. Maxed hurricane, nado, twister and cyclone armor. And surprising I never looked at any guides whatsoever or anything like that.

So apparently I got the skills right but for some reason I remembered that he wasn't very strong or I probably didn't have the right gear. Yea I guess I didn't really get serious enough about it. And gave up somewhere at Act 4 hell I think. Then just stopped playing for a year or 2.

I made on Closed Bnet, so the character expired and I deleted. Know how to build my characters now =)

nvm i remembered now i first made a druid and i kept putting points in firestorm cause i thought it looked kool and quit during act 2 the first quest cause those guys with flaming arrows were alittle hard to kill and i thought it was because they has lots of fire res so i kept quiting then i made a bowazon with immolation arrow/cold arrows/and jav skills so it was like a hybird and then i made my pally
the pally was on bnet and the others were on SP so they sucked cause no synergies

My very first character i believe was a level 80 Sorceress. Her name was Electrin and she was Hydra+Lightning+Orb, of course this was a LONG time ago. I used Full Tal Rasha's Set and I actually Owned during duels...which isn't a surprise to me though.

I do remember mfing Tal Belt and I just went BALLISTIC! I mean I was running up and down the stairs, "MOM, I JUST MF'D TALS BELT!!!OMG" lol. Hey i was 10!
But I do remember joining a FREE GAME and man oh man, that was thee luckiest day of my life.

Shako, Anni, Skullders, Oculus, Lidless, and my brother....well he got everything else, but yea i had 3 entire Mules filled with items, and then my sorceress was all decked out with 2 different types of Magic Finding Sets (mf with uniques, mf with tals) and My brothers level 85 barbarian, Kargonin.

So yeah I had a great time with my, Electrin! ^^

well i bounced around on a few different chars nvr going all the way with any except my very first 1. he was a bash barb, oh the embarassment of him. took me 3 months to get him to lvl 46. (this is obviously b4 i knew any of the skills were worth while.) then i made a pally that made his way into his 30s with nothing more than thorns and the basic attack wit ha war hammer (another pathetic char). i started a number of druids and hated all of them because at the time they bored me (each of them lasted about an hour). i think my best all time was probably my hdin i had b4 the ladder reset. he did 13k and could solo anything as long as i didnt put him in completly ridiculous situations :)

Sadly no.
We were...well hacked unfortunately somehow. It was crazy. my brother and I got into fights up the chang! Punches and yelling and of course crying, and not to mention bruises...yeah it was terrible. Basically I changed the password from blade, to edalb....blade backwards. So when I entered it in, it didn't work. So then we were screwed. I mean we tried blade just in case, but that didn't work. So it was basically Hell for me.:eek:

But all is well. I play Non-Ladder US West, Level 90 Energy Shield Orb Sorceress. name, TJB-Orb. So yeah I have fun on diablo 2...now. Hehehe but uhm...okay I'm ranting sorry! :D

I remember when I first converted my classic chars over to xpansion. The first item I got was an IK maul. THE DAMAGE ON IT WAS UNLIKE ANYTHING in classic. If there is any old school players they probably remember the SS sword for barbs? Socket that baby with a Pskull and I thought I was like king on high. Anyways, I completely made a barb just because I got that maul. Sucked. Even though I knew what to max out, the build just sucked.

When I got Diablo 2 about 7-8 years ago, I knew nothing 'bout the game. I started a Barb, and just put skills in what ever I wanted. 5 in Bash, 4 in leap attack, 3 in WW, 3 in Berzerk and so on... Very bad! I remember I sold all the items I had in stash to get money for potions, so I could kill Diablo! :) And I only looked for Def and dmg! I wish I could se the Barb again! That would be hillarious! :D

Mine was an ok Nova sorc, just used her to fund my ok amazon who is now a mule. Course, I did get lucky and MF a Riphook (imagine my awe) by killing diablo and I then proceeded to socket it once and give it a pemerald. This was only about 20 days ago too lol, kinda new to Diablo 2 but definetely not a noob. Just don't know any of the rare weapons lol xD.


(When I got Tal Rasha helm and weapon, I though it was "ok" and sold it for a pamethyst. Man, am I pissed at myself. Sold heavenly armor and sword too for a pdiamond lol. Good thing I still got a three ptopaz'd Griswolds heart and natalyas boots.)

my absolute first character was a barb.... then i realised at about L8 that i hadn't bought the expansion, so i deleted him, bought the expansion, came back, and started:

my assassin: my friend actually leveled this from 1 to 47 while only using 21 skill points (no more than 1 point into any skill) and less than 100 attribute points (he is a god of playing solo). He got it all the way to NM act 2... where i screwed it up entirely (as i hadn't played much).

my MF barb: i have a feeling you need to read no further to understand his failings

since then, my speedzon has solo'd hellbaal, my tankzon is well on her way, and my elemental martial artist is destroying nightmare difficulty.

My First ever char made was a Smiter on USEast Softcore Nonladder. Friend told me what to do, and got it to level 94. Hacker got my pass, and stripped my account naked. That char could solo ubers with the gear I had.

First char overall on SP: Sorc, nothing maxed. I was soo noob-ish then. I put 1 skill point into everything, the crapI had left over went into the last skill in every tab. I can't remember how far i got, but I do remember finding like 1 rare item, and thought it was godly as hell.. lol

Diablo was... well... let's not talk about it now... Finished normal, got to lev 27, but quited after patch 1.09 got out. Second was epic barbarian which had gadzillion of strenght, and actually finished hell at lv75. I remember being mad on Blizzard for not being able to buy mana potions. Newer patches got him more funny gimp. Started again, this time on battle net, a year ago. Different game indeed.

I made a Trangs bone necro, and he actually wasn't that bad (for a begginer). After that, my knowledge of the game progressed, and I created an awesome hell-efficient level 91 hammerdin, but I thought that that character was too staple, so I created a new one: a wwsin, who promptly sucked and was scrapped for a lite sorc. My twin brother and I now own the hdin, the lite sorc, and a wind druid.
