im making a hybrid sin and and obviously have the one chaos which is in a runic, i have a 15/15 jewel in my helm. i am planning on using a fool's claw most of the time,in a runic aswell.my questions is. will i have to have some ias on the fool's claw to reach max ww and trap laying speed or do i have enough without any on the claw? thx.

only IAS on your primary claw counts towards trap laying speed.

so: with 2x Runics/greater talons you need a total of 42ias for 9frame traps.

you'll need 30+ ias on your fools runic to hit the bp with the ias in your helm.

thats what i thought, thx for clearing that up for me. and your primary claw is considered glove side right?

yes, it defaults to gloveside.

...when switching weapons, exiting/entering games, or exiting from a trade screen.

If you place one weapon boot-side and then the other glove-side, then your bootside claw is your primary until one of the above occurs (and some funky WSM glitches occur).

speedbugging won't work if both weapons have the same base WSM......
