well bow is better for pvp cause you have guided arrow which dex dont matter but can do some major damage and is pretty much a guarenteed hit. Jav is great for pvm with lightning fury and penitrate. give an act 2 might merc infinity and nothing is immune to your attacks. both very powerful both very capable of 1-2 shot kills.
