Poison Necro Advice

Im planning to make a PD using necro and get some other stuff to help him. So far here is the skill alignment i have so far.

Poison Dagger-20
Amplify Damage-20
Bone spear-maybe 7 or so....>.<
Life Tap-20 (soooo important to me)


and im not sure how many more points you get so that is what i left off at.
Comments and suggestions any1? =).

no synergies? is this pre 1.10?

ack no im in 1.11 i hadnt looked at synergies >.< also i think ill throw in a golem of somesort...how many total skill points you get??

invest 60 points in poison dagger and its synergies. then others.

or at least max poison dagger and 1 synergy if you intend to go hybrid.

ok ty....i was thinking of a golem or maybe bone spear for range but im not sure yet...but the 60 in PD and synergies is now a must =)

Put a point into lower resists, i think that will work with posion. If i'm wrong correct me please

well poison counts as a resist on our side maxin at 75 without +to max, so why cant one take that away from others? i never thought of that with my poison necro... and its a lil late to add the extra pts in... oh well. item give resist maybe somwhere.
