get a little higher level 18 - 19 or something a get some points in hmm... maybe zeal because you have sacrifice and load up with a bunch of antidote and healing potions. (and maybe some mana if you need) I'ts important to have a good merc to so load up your helper with a good bow, armor and helmet. i recomend you to get over 18 because then you can get concentration for more damage on your zeal attack.
good luck with andy hope it helps, i'm going to sleep now so i won't be able to help before tomorrow after school.

Tactics I use:
Make a tp at the entrence of catacombs lvl 4
Go down
Kill all the monsters in the first and second room
Open the door to the third room (where andariel is) and kill everything inside, BUT make sure you dont lure Andariel down.
When everything is dead go back to Catacombs lvl 3 and take the tp to town. Buy some antidote potions and equip rejuvination/healing potions (I always collect reju potion all the way from Blood Moor to Andariel. She is a breeze then and you can cube them up when you get the Horadric cube in ActII. Swallow an antidote potion and give one to your merc (if you have one) and take the tp back down. Set a new tp and take the stairs down to lvl 4 again.
Go back to room number three and lure Andariel out. Watch out for for poison. Get her into room number two where the floor is broken. You can use that to run around. Hit her, run away (swollow a potion if necessary), hit her again, run away, rinse and repeat. If you are out of potions run back to Catacombs lvl 3 and take the wp to town. Buy potions, take the wp back, set a new tp and take the stairs to lvl 4. Remember to take Antidote potions to lower her poison damage when they run out.
She should go down rather easy, but if it doesnt help lvl up untill you get zeal. Should help you alot.
Im usually lvl 14 or 15 when I face her. I can take her down no matter what char I am. I took her down with a lvl 11 once so you should be able to do it easily :)
Good luck!

Well...
I'll be completely honest, I think sacrifice sucks.
But, don't feel completely stupid, It's probably your first try, you didn't know. Sacrifice only hurts undead, so unless your trying to make a FOH paladin, it's wasted points(unless you only use it as a prerequisite.)
I recommend starting over. If I were you, I'd try the two easiest builds I know.
Either a zealadin, or a generic barbarian. Barbs are easy becuz you don't have to worry about a skill other than masteries for a long time and you could still own on normal. That's how I beat it the first time, and is the way I would most recommend.
i am very noob too! can you share me your ways?

Spending pts into Sacrifice isn`t a waste at all, if you plan on being a Zealer. Sacrifice is a synergy to Zeal.

True but usually you boost your main skill first before putting points into the synergies. And Sacrifice isn't a skill I can remember to have ever really used other than as the synergy to Zeal.
That's not necessarily true, sometimes it is better to max, or at least boost, the synergy first, especially if your main attack/skill is one that is a mana drainer. By using a skill calculator you can quickly see whether the practice is worthwhile for the character that you're making.

if you lack with mana, is it a good idea to max your synergy first. i did that with hammers before:)

My point was that the character isn`t a waste ^_^

actualy nothing is a waste if you haven't played much before, it's actualy a cool thing messing a round with skills all over, with that way you learn what skills you like. i did that much before i started playing b.net.
But you are right Taurean that character looks good;)

Currently my lvl 12 Zealer has:
1 pt:
Zeal
Charge
Holy Bolt
Smite
Sacrifice
Might
Blessed Aim
and 5 unused skillpoints
He (thread starter) is lvl 16 with 9 points in Sacrifice. Thats 16-9 (+1 from Den of Evil) 6 points. Now where did they go? :p

Usually I'm lvl 15 when reaching Andy and I never have any probs killing her no matter what build. Just take some rejuvenation pots with you to back up your healing ones.
